PRERONA PRATIBANDHI NGO is a premier organization formed with one motive i.e. to disseminate the policies and programmes that reduce poverty and instil a sense of confidence among the differently able people of our society. Its main office is in Chowkidinghee, Udaipur, Dibrugarh, Assam.

Although our organization had been active since 2001 but the registration of our organization under the Society Registration Act XXI of 1860 as PRERONA PRATIBANDHI took place in the month of February, 2008.The Executive Body comprised only of persons with disabilities (differently-able).The management and administrative systems finalised over the years include admission policy, HR policies, financial policies, administrative structure and systems.

AIMS:

a) To promote and spread education, and educational activities for Differently Abled persons (in the society) so that they can live life with dignity and honour.

b) To establish, to set up  maintain,  and supervise developmental  activities for the  future rehabilitation of  the   society for  the  Specially Able  persons ( Divyangjan) in the society .  It will also to take up ancillary voluntary service to be carried out by the society,  form time to time, for the benefit of the Specially Able  persons.

c) To organize, establish, maintain and manage the training centres, camps meetings workshop and seminars for the education of  Specially Able  persons.

d) To take up any socio-economic activities for total uplifement disable people.

e) To organize/ Carry out and collaborate with the Govt Sponsored Programs particularly mint for Specially Able persons health.

f) To extend services to disable and deprived people men, women & children.

g) To take up Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act. 2000 (And Amendment Act. 2006).

h) To promote and safeguard the right of children to live and grow with  honour dignity and, ensure proper security and freedom, especially to those marginalised and disadvantaged sections of the society.

i) To take up Prerona Offset Printers as vocational training and rehabilitation centres.
